If you have not tried body brushing before, I encourage you to give it a go! All you need is a brush with firm bristles, preferably vegetable derived. A brush with a long handle is recommended to get to the hard to reach areas.
Begin by brushing at your feet and work your way up your legs using long upward strokes. From there, move to the front and back of your mid section including your chest. Finish by brushing up your arms towards your armpits.
When and how often should you body brush? It has been suggested to body brush first thing in the morning before showering, but it’s important to do it when it works best for you and your schedule.
