3 Bean Vegetarian Chili… Yum!

I am still obsessed with Crock Pot cooking! Today, I am sharing my favorite vegan chili recipe.

Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
1 whole yellow onion, diced
6 oz soyrizo (I bought mine at Trader Joes)
2 cups rice
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water

Directions:
Combine ingredients into a Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
