The Perfect Power Smoothie Recipe

During the spring, I always crave smoothies! Luckily, I found a simple and delicious recipe that also gives a kick of energy. I just had to share with you all.

POWER SMOOTHIE RECIPE:

2 scoops Orgain organic protein
1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon flax-seed
1 tablespoon chia seed
Small handful of spinach

1 cup ice *if needed

Great for breakfast or a snack throughout the day!
