CRUNCH, so no bunch!

Work, work, work… working on my fitness! If only my stomach looked as good as Fergie’s! Crunches are my personal devil. I cannot for the life of me lay flat on the ground and do crunches. Somewhere during the exercise I start feeling sick and I am pretty sure that isn’t supposed to happen.

I have been on this mission lately to find some alternative ab workouts that don’t involve the “traditional” crunches and aren’t so hard on your back. Here are a few I found that I really love.
