My life is on constant go mode. Some days I don’t even remember to even drink water, so my snacks for the day can’t be too challenging. Yet it’s so important to keep the body fueled. Sad to say, but coffee alone can’t keep the body moving and mind thinking, though I wish it could. I would walk around with an IV full of Caramel Macchiato if I could.

- Celery, hummus and almonds
- Whole-grain bread, almond butter and peaches
- Crackers, almond coc0 spread with banana
